Basically if you get the "A Deadly Plot" quest and haven't played Marquise Serenity yet for Gwent: Big City Players you won't be able to play her if this bug happens (not sure if it's every time on A Deadly Plot or just a rare chance, but I reloaded multiple times and the bug happened each time).
