I liked the position but the company got short handed and due to increased loads, would vary my dispatch times that totally screwed up my sleep pattern so bad, it became a safety hazard. jokingly say "Did you get your welfare Po yet?"!!! My on-duty time would average 10 - 13.5 hours per day (62-65 hrs/wk). I have a wife and son in the phillippines. A: days out.
