I'll never forget this intense and well-executed episode. The episode marked Sarah Wayne Callies and IronE Singleton's final appearances as Lori Grimes and Theodore "T-Dog" Douglas and as regular actors on the show. Andrea asks. She reaches the doors, but looks back in horror and sadness as the walkers begin to devour T-Dog. The baby survives, but Lori lays motionless, blood pouring from her open wound. "She'll turn." When Axel and Oscar approach, Rick accuses them.

In the boiler room, Maggie assists Lori in removing her pants and gets her ready to deliver the baby naturally.

Back at the prison, Herschel is hobbling around with the help of crutches. In the prison yard, Glenn reports that someone had cut the gate open. T-Dog and Carol have to face an overwhelming number of walkers while Rick, Daryl and Glenn try to get control of the prison yard.Rick gets his group to drive their vehicles within the prison fences Lori goes into labour when the prison comes under attack.
